Our Mission

Provide affordable and accessible tools to support resiliency and coping skills education.

In a world that is challenging for everyone and particularly challenging for the developing minds of children and adults living in adverse situations, accessible tools are needed. The Mental health sector in the United States is bulging at the seams with a dramatic increase in patients suffering from a host of anxiety disorders. According to the US. Census bureau more than 1/3 of those surveyed were experiencing anxiety or depression. According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) report in June of 2020, 40% of US adults reported to be struggling with mental health or substance abuse issues. There has been a dramatic increase in the percentage of both youth and adults being prescribed medications like Prozac. Kaiser clinicians report that demand is so high that children and adults with serious mental health needs, including schizophrenia, anxiety and severe depression, are often waiting 6 to 8 weeks — sometimes longer — to see a therapist. These statistics reveal that there is a high demand for readily available, affordable, well-informed tools to support communities, families and people of all ages with an accessible, safe, therapeutic tool set.  Our Resiliency Flash tools provide effective, accessible, researched-based, go-to tools. These affordable Resiliency Tools can be safely distributed by health care providers, schools, and faith-based organizations to facilitate families and care providers. They can be kept at the ready and are effective in curbing the effects of PTSD, anxiety and worry in all ages.  We are living in stressful and often traumatic times and learning and employing coping strategies is essential to building resiliency in everyone's everyday lives. All of us could use these go to reminder strategies that can effectively calm us down and comfort us. This support makes us more resilient to the inevitable challenges of life.   

Resiliency Tools - Coping Skills for a Brighter Future

The go-to activity Happiness journal, flash cards and flash ap provide appropriate coping skills and prevent unhealthy and runaway anxiety behaviors when psychiatric care is not available.

Resiliency cards allow a struggling person, whether they are having an anxiety attack, a PTSD episode or are just seeking guidance to improve their daily life to have an excellent support resource at the ready. 


Every activity on the cards and in the AP will quickly provide an effective coping strategy that can help someone calm down and return to the present anywhere and at any time.

Resiliency cards support youth and adults with trauma and anxiety to thrive and live up to their full potential by building resiliency, promoting healthy coping strategies and positive decision-making skills on an ongoing basis. Resiliency cards help caregivers and parents provide appropriate skills and activities that support children and adults with anxiety disorders. Resiliency Cards are based on the psychiatric recommendations of Kaiser for families and individuals facing adversity or trauma. They provide safe coping strategies that can be used by parents and caregivers regardless of their background in psychiatric care. 


All of the strategies are intended to help people to cope with stress and anxiety with accessible life skills that can be done anywhere. 

These cards enable youth to become familiar with coping strategies that help them thrive in the face adversity. These healthy coping strategies and positive decision-making skills, as well as life-skills and habits are known to improve one's capacity for joy while reducing long-term stress, and anxiety if used regularly.  Learning to manage trauma and anxiety by practicing skills like these helps to embed these go to skills for an ongoing healthy, happy life. These skills can often replace the need for prescription anxiety and anti-depression medications.  


In homes that lack the educational opportunities to know how to support a healthy mind and body these cards parent the whole family with good skills. 

The cards are ideal for schools, organizations and all households.  We can prevent unhealthy behaviors by meeting the emotional needs with readily available appropriate coping skills that are based on sound research.

  • Based on research-based curricula in their activity skills known to reduce effects of trauma, PTSD and anxiety. 
  • Help leadership and program staff support the communities they serve. 
  • Mentor children and adults in personal development and empowerment. 
  • Support mental health, general health, and substance use prevention. 
  • Teach informed mindfulness, nutrition, self-care practices. 
  • Infuse trauma literacy into accessible go to activities and skills to support health affordably. 
  • Effective access to skills and projects designed to reduce effects of PTSD and anxiety. 
  • Skills support ongoing mental health and healthy overall lifestyle. 
  • Good for everyone of all ages and where ever they are in life.
